Expression of Interest are invited for Transaction Structure Analysis Solid Waste Management Medellin The objective of this Consultancy is twofold: 1. Identification and feasibility level analysis of viable transaction structure/s that will enable the Client to develop the SWM Project in Colombia, including its legal scheme and financial structure, the procedures and permits, and the stakeholders involved in the procurement, building, operation and financing. 2. Definition of a comprehensive roadmap and action plan for the short-, medium-, and long-term actions required to implement the transaction structures identified. Including but not limited to the regulatory requirements, additional studies, and permits needed to make each alternative viable in line with EPM's intention to develop and operate the SWM Project. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.
