- Expression of Interest are invited for Technical Assistance for Energy Communities Projects in the Cesar Mining Corridor The purpose of this assignment is to support Energy Communities in Cesar that have applied to participate in the Energy Communities program. From the applications in the department of Cesar, the Ministry of Energy and Mines has sent the World Bank a list of 23 pre-identified CEs (see annex). These CEs are located in municipalities close to coal mining developments (Agustín Codazi, Becerril, Bosconia, Chirguana and La Jagua de Ibirico).
