- Expression of Interest are invited for Strengthening Community Participation in Health and Migration Policies Better Integration of Migrant Colombia is host to over 2.8 million refugees and forced migrants from Venezuela. Today; migrants from Venezuela in Colombia represent 5 percent of the total population. Further; the impacts of the crisis are geographically concentrated - approximately 25 municipalities in Colombia (of a total 1;122) are host to 70percent of all migrants from Venezuela. The large number of migrants and refugees; the fast speed of their arrival to a country with previously little experience with immigration; and their high degree of vulnerability have posed a challenge for Colombian society as a whole and for the Colombian government to provide humanitarian relief and medium and long-term responses
