Tenders are invited for Strategic Litigation Networking Expert - Colombia Consultancy to Develop a Network of Legal Clinics for Strategic Litigation in Cases of Human Rights Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Works closely with the Human Rights Response Technical Lead and CCD-s Field Coordinators, to support implementation of activity 3.3.1, to ensure effectiveness and quality in the program-s implementation. Design a work plan for the implementation of duties and responsibilities expected as a Strategic Litigation Networking Expert. Develop a methodology to stablish a Strategic Litigation Network, aimed at increasing local legal clinics capacity coordinate their efforts to effectively represent cases involving human rights violations perpetrated against migrants and returnees, as well as to identify patterns of human rights violations at the national and local levels. Systematize the cases, legal actions and information provided by local legal clinics to identify patterns of human rights violations perpetrated against migrants and returnees at the national and local level. Facilitate practical workshops for the discussion of complex cases, in which the debate and exchange of legal strategies to guarantee and defend the human rights of the migrant and returned population is encouraged. Write a Final Report that systematizes the results of the Strategic Litigation Network building process with local legal clinics. Accompany the Human Rights Response Lead to meetings and events (virtual or in-person) with partner organizations and key stakeholders. Performs other related duties as required.
