- UNICEF Colombia is looking for a company to design, validate, adjust and implement a monitoring strategy for the guarantee of human rights of adolescents and young people in non-custodial measures1 in the services of the Adolescent Criminal Responsibility System -SRPA-, as well as the analysisand the systematization of the results.
