Description: UNVMC is seeking a partnership with a qualified and accredited leadership development training provider who will work closely with the management of the Mission in developing a strategic approach to assess, train, coach and recommend a course of action for a continuous evaluation of leadership capabilities of the Mission to implement their mandates. As such, the training provider is required to have a good track record of providing similar leadership interventions to senior managers in various organizations. Experience with UN entities resulting in positive feedback is an advantage. The vendor is also expected to provide detailed report of its findings, recommendations, and any issues to the Mission-s attention.
