- The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is looking for supplier information about maintenance, repair and recovery services for the Toyota vehicle fleet located in different regions of Colombia. UNVMC wishes to validate the following with the market: 1 . Is it possible to obtain a letter from Colombian Toyota automotive confirming that the supplier/company is authorized to provide maintenance and sale and/or distribution of original spare parts? 2. Is it possible that a company subcontracts other official Toyota workshops to provide services throughout the Colombian territory? There is some official document by Toyota or the supplier that confirms it. 3. In places where there are no official workshops, can a company reach agreements with unofficial workshops to provide basic maintenance services that must agree with the procedures, rules and specifications of the vehicle manufacturer, including the supply of original spare parts, lubricants and associated elements to carry out the services. 3.
