- Expression of Interest are invited for Regulatory Framework for Implementation of a Tariff Structure of Emobility Charging Infrastructure The consultancy aims to analyze the technical feasibility and evaluate the tariff structure for public access electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure in Colombia. The evaluation of an EV charging tariff model and analysis will identify the regulatory changes needed to promote a tariff system that encourages vehicle electrification in a sustainable, accessible and cost-effective manner. This will be achieved by assessing the technical feasibility, regulatory aspects, and public policies needed to scale up e-mobility in the national context.
