Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Policy, Regulatory and Technical recommendations to a proposed Urban Mobility National Law. The objective of this work is to select a firm or consortium led by a legal/regulatory consultant that will provide the Government of Colombia, through the Ministry of Transport, policy, regulatory and technical advice and recommendations to support the policy underpinnings of a proposed Urban Mobility National Law. The consultant is expected to provide policy, regulatory and technical (including legal) recommendations underpinning the proposed Urban Mobility Law. Such law is expected to provide policy and legal foundations to support the continuation of the Colombia National Urban Transport Program (NUTP 2.0), which seeks to deepen public transport policy and investments aligned with criteria of financial resilience, energy transition towards zero and low emissions, social inclusion,job generation and increased access to jobs, services and opportunities.
