Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Cash Delivery Service to Participants of NRC Projects in Colombia Provide services for the delivery of monetary transfers to natural and/or legal persons for humanitarian cash assistance for the migrant, refugee and Colombian host population at the public service points that the provider has available. The delivery of monetary transfers to the aforementioned population will be authorized by NRC to the chosen provider(s). The money delivery services to natural and/or legal persons for humanitarian cash assistance will be carried out in the NRC intervention areas in Colombia, being in urban and peri-urban areas throughout the country, in departments mainly (and not exclusively) in municipalities. and capital cities, intermediate and/or small. The PSF(s) to be chosen must meet the following requirements:  Only banking entities with recognition, prestige and solvency in the international/national financial market.  Banking entity with coverage in Colombia, covering all the main, intermediate and/or small departments and municipalities where NRC has interventions.  Solid mechanisms and corporate policies implemented in transparency, security, fraud and impersonation prevention, and corruption.  Have differentiated protocols and strategies for care and easy, protected and safe access to the populations with which NRC works. Corporate social responsibility initiatives and knowledge of the needs of vulnerable communities will be positively valued.  Ability to respond to urgent requests by NRC in the areas and with the populations with which it works.  Desirable experience in monetary transfers with national and international humanitarian organizations, the United Nations System, Colombian State programs or civil society organizations.
