• Description:
• The purpose of this contract is to provide the cafeteria service for meetings organized by the Integramos project in Colombia, with the participation of key actors and counterparts, according to the following detail: Composition of each individual cafeteria service: a. One (1) salty or sweet snack, for example: fresh fruit, sandwiches, empanadas, volovanes or similar options.b. One (1) hot beverage, such as coffee or tea.c. One (1) cold drink, such as fresh juice or non-alcoholic beverage. All The meetings will take place in the city of Bogotá, Colombia. The logistics necessary to provide the service—including delivery to the meeting points, distribution of the elements and subsequent collection—will be the responsibility of the provider. HE You must prioritize the use of recyclable supplies and, as far as possible, avoid single-use plastics. The supplier must submit a detailed quote that includes the individual and total costs of all components required for the service provision.
