- The United Nations Verification Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) is seeking to identify available office space in Bogota, Colombia to enter into a turn-key lease contract for an initial term of one (1), with eight (8) optional one-year term extensions. The premises should include the following general considerations:- Area of 6,200 square meters- Accommodate four hundred (400) staff- Include one hundred (100) parking spaces (internal)- Office furniture to be provided by the contractor- Air conditioning to be included in the property - Premises close to national government offices, embassies, and other UN agency offices will be desirable- The layout/floor plan of the premises is requested to be attached to the proposal, in AutoCAD format
