Description: The Mission Support Division at the UN Mission in Colombia (UNVMC) aims to establish a Quality Assurance program for its support operations headquartered in Bogota, Colombia and is looking for a contractor to aid the Quality Assurance program by providing suitable orientation trainings, consultation for ISO certification readiness and ISO 9001:2015 certification assessment. UNVMC is aiming for an ISO certification assessment for mission support functions in 2023. The objective of this course is to provide learners with the knowledge and skills required to perform an internal audit of part of a QMS based on ISO 9001:2015 (or equivalent), report on the effective implementation and maintenance of the management system in accordance with ISO 19011 and to contribute to the continual improvement of the management system.
