• Country: [Colombia]Assignment period/services: Three (3) months Description of the Assignment: Technical Support Consulting for the design and development of instruments for the Strengthening of Social Public Policy for Street Dwellers (2 consultants) Professional degree in statistics or economics or mathematics or engineering or data science or demography or social sciences. Specific Experience: Only experience from the date of graduation will be taken into account. Overlaps are not accepted for the same experience / Minimum required experience of two (2) years in activities related to the use of quantitative and qualitative methodologies for the collection, analysis and systematization of information or evaluation of statistical instruments applied to public policies, social programs or characterization processes. This experience must demonstrate work in one or more of the following topics:• Technical support in data analysis processes and document preparation.• Processing and statistical analysis of social information.• Management of information collection tools in the field (e.g. KoboToolbox, ODK, Survey123).• Experience in the management of computer tools and statistical software (Excel, SPSS, Stata, R o similar).• Development of data visualization tools for institutional use (Power Bi, Tableau etc).• Participation in social characterization or targeting projects in coordination with public entities...
