• Hiring a supplier to hold an event in the city of Barranquilla for 800 people, with an approximate duration of three (3) hours including catering, space, lights, sound, furniture, folklore presentations and staff necessary. Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a supplier to provide the service of holding an event with everything required in the glass pavilion in the city of Barranquilla - Atlántico. Carry out the event year 2026 with the participation of the different schools and apprentices linked to the SENATIC program. This event is scheduled to take place in the Cristales del Malecón pavilion, in the city of Barranquilla, on March 25 of the current year. Additionally, the attendance of strategic allies such as SENA and Mintic is contemplated, as well as territorial managers, representatives of the Atlantic Government and the Mayor's Office of Barranquilla, projecting an approximate participation of 800 attendees, thereby managing to develop an institutional event of a formal and cultural nature that allows consolidating inter-institutional articulation with strategic allies, government entities, territorial managers, schools and apprentices linked to the SENATIC program, strengthening cooperative relationships and establishing the bases for the effective execution of the activities of the year 2026.
