• External Consulting: Communications Support Project “Setting wages/living incomes with a focus on agriculture (SAW-A) and “Setting Adequate Wages: a focus on the banana sector” (SAW-B) Dear Bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: The purpose of the consultancy is to design, plan and implement the comprehensive communication strategy of the SAW-A and SAW-B projects, guaranteeing narrative coherence, territorial relevance and alignment with ILO and NAS guidelines. It will include an initial diagnosis of communication needs through the review of technical documents, logical framework, prioritized schedule and milestones, in order to define the narrative approach, target audiences, key messages and priority formats. Based on this diagnosis, the technical planning document will be prepared, which will include the content schedule, the territorial approach for five territories and the logical framework of the strategy. Likewise, the pre-production of communicative products associated with prioritized milestones will be coordinated, ensuring coherence with the progress of the project. They will be designed and produced audiovisual pieces of 3 to 5 minutes, digital repositories of photographs and audiovisual material in high quality, and content grids for social networks and web notes, in order to strengthen the visibility of the project.
