Work as an external collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: the consulting aims to strengthen the capacities of the actors of coffee and palm chains in Colombia, contributing to the promotion of decent work and sectoral sustainability. Coffee sector, a workshop aimed at coffee growers will be developed, using the ISUN and Mesun modules, with emphasis on business management and commercialization, in order to improve the operation of their businesses and consolidate them as key agents in the supply chain. It will include methodological planning, pedagogical materials adapted to the context, participatory execution and systematization of results, learning and recommendations.
