- Dear bidder, the International Labor Office (ILO) seeks a person to carry out the following work: characterize the certificates and information systems associated with the processes of evaluation and certification of labor competences in 7 professional training institutions of The region, identifying the technological gaps that would limit their interoperability within the framework of the implementation of the regional mutual recognition mechanism of the certification of labor competencies, and proposing improvement recommendations that viable their participation. Characterize the certificates of labor competencies and the support information systems to the processes of evaluation and certification of competences in the IFP of the 7 selected countries, detailing the particularities of the certificates in each case (content fields content, format support and verification mechanisms, among others) and support information systems (technology, data structure, among others) .2.
