Tenders are invited for Economic and Financial Inclusion of the LGBTI+ Population in Colombia The FIG Upstream and Advisory team is seeking to hire an individual or a firm to conduct an in-depth market and context assessment of the economic opportunities related to the financial inclusion of the LGBTI+ population in Colombia; to identify potential opportunities for the LGBTI+ population to access to financial services.The focus on the LGBTI+ population will include those who self-identify as lesbian; gay; bisexual; trans; intersexual; queer; or any other sexual orientation and gender identity that differs from cis-gendered / heterosexual. For the purposes of this assignment; we will use the acronym of LGBTI+ to refer to this population.This study is intended to focus on building and justifying the rationale of increasing / improving financial services delivery from the perspective of a financial institution exploring a new market segment in which they can find a potential business case; as well as information that would allow financial institutions to develop meaningful value propositions that are tailored for the profiles; needs; aspirations and pain points of LGBTI+ segments.
