Description:
Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be done: Provide technical assistance for planning, socialization and pilot implementation of the psychosocial risk prevention booklet at work, within the framework of the actions associated with the ILO World Day for Safety and Health at Work. The work includes the design of a pilot implementation route, a socialization strategy and support materials, as well as participation in training processes. Likewise, it contemplates technical support for companies in two cities in Colombia, monitoring the implementation process and the consolidation of results. Finally, a report will be prepared that documents the process, the main findings and recommendations for the sustainability and possible scaling of the initiative. Please note that if travel is required for this mission, the Necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.
