Expression of Interest are invited for Consulting Services That, to achieve the objective, the project includes the execution of the following components: Component 1: Actions to improve environmental conditions for the development of the bioeconomy and Component 2: Strategic plan for institutional transformation. That component 1 will finance activities that allow for a detailed analysis of the main technological, economic and regulatory constraints that hinder bioprospecting and the development of new natural ingredients and bio-products in Colombia, and the elaboration of strategic recommendations for the role that the Humboldt Institute must play in the resolution of these.
