Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Conceptual and Functional Design for A Integration Model of Economic Flows and Stocks Positions in The National Financial Management Information System for Accounting. Currently, Colombia counts with an Integrated Financial Management Information System (SIIF, for its acronym in Spanish) used by the National General Budget (NGB) entities to manage data regarding budget, accounting and treasury. However, SIIF does not cover the complete record of economic flows and stocks positions, especially for the recordings of transactions and other economic flows taking place outside of the budget scope. In terms of accounting, SIIF only generates automatic records of budgetary transactions, and allows to upload manual records related to non-budgetary transactions and other events on accrual basis.
