• Call for external collaborator - Training workshop in Riohacha for solidarity economy organizations, included in the catalog of support services for small entrepreneurs and social and solidarity economy entities Dear Bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Carry out training aimed at strengthening capacities to identify opportunities, plan growth and use the Catalog of support offers for small entrepreneurs and entities of the social and solidarity economy in Cesar, Magdalena and La Guajira as a strategic tool for management, articulation and financial sustainability.Activities:1. Preparation: prepare the work plan with the associations, including a schedule and activities with defined content and methodology.2. Self-diagnosis:a. Prepare and send the document “Self-diagnosis: a mirror to look at your path." b. Collect and analyze results to locate each organization by level (low, medium or high) in each area. c. Prepare organizational profile sheets that allow personalizing the workshop activities. 3. Conducting the workshop: a. Define content and methodology according to the results of the self-diagnosis (max. two days), incorporating the Service Catalog as the main reference.b. Execute training; At closing, each organization will have a roadmap with concrete actions and identified allies.4.
