• Call for external collaborators-Training workshop for solidarity economy organizations, included in the catalog of support services for small entrepreneurs and entities of the social and solidarity economy in the departments of Ce Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Carry out training aimed at improving skills to identify opportunities, plan growth and use the Catalog of support offers for small entrepreneurs and/or entities of the social and solidarity economy in Cesar, Magdalena and La Guajira (or catalog of services) as a strategic tool for management, articulation and financial sustainability.Activities: 1. Preparation: carry out the work plan with the associations that includes the work schedule and activities detailed in content and methodology. 2. Self-diagnosis: a. Prepare and send document “Self-diagnosis: a mirror to look at your path” to the associationsb. Collect the results and preliminary analysis to place each organization at its level (low, medium or high) by area.c. Preparation of organizational profile sheets that will guide the customization of the exercises during the workshop.3. Conducting the workshop: a. Define content and methodology of the workshop based on the result of the self-diagnosis (maximum 2 days of training).
