• Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Within the framework of the Inclusive Digital Transformation (IDTF) project, specifically for the Window of Significant Connectivity in the Pacific region of Colombia. The objective of this consultancy is to generate and document ten (10) strategic alliances with public, private, academic, community and youth actors of the digital ecosystem of the Pacific, aimed at strengthening digital employability, digital youth entrepreneurship and public policy for digital transformation with youth participation. The work includes the mapping and prioritization of key actors, the design and execution of a multi-stakeholder relationship strategy, management and facilitation of dialogue spaces, and documentation of alliances through letters of intent, memoranda of understanding (work plans). Likewise, it contemplates the systematization of the process and the preparation of technical reports that contribute to the sustainability of the model in the territory. In the event that travel is required to carry out the mission, the necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO, in accordance with applicable regulations.
