Below is a summary of the work to be carried out: Consulting to carry out a study on the incorporation of transition approaches fair energy transition in relation to the rights of indigenous peoples in the communities of Cesar and La Guajira, IKIJET project.ObjectStudy on the impacts of the fair energy transition in the indigenous communities of Cesar and La Guajira, considering climate change policies, biodiversity and the ILO guidelines on Just Transition and Convention 169.• Analyze Convention 169, the ILO just transition guidelines, the Belem 2024 dialogue, territorial policies, diagnoses and other relevant documents to identify impacts of the just transition on indigenous peoples, especially in Cesar and La Guajira.• Carry out information collection in the field to identify additional impacts not detected in the documentary review.• Prepare a document with the impacts identified from just transition initiatives, integrating the ILO guidelines and Convention 169 to formulate guidelines and recommendations that strengthen participation indigenous in territorial planning.
