• Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be carried out:The consultancy will accompany the strengthening of the spaces territorial social dialogue linked to the Huila coffee chain, specifically the Regional Committee, the Executive Board and the Departmental Subcommittee for Coordination of Salary and Labor Policies (SDCPSL). For this, an analysis will be developed integral of its governance, capacities and articulation dynamics, spaces for dialogue will be facilitated to identify common priorities and the linking of strategic actors and the relevant institutional offer will be promoted. This process will integrate the principles of social dialogue promoted by the ILO, as well as the department's regional and sectoral policies that influence productivity, work organization and working conditions in the coffee chain. complementary, the consultancy will advance in the identification, harmonization and application of technical tools that allow operationalizing salaries and vital incomes in the territory, promoting their incorporation in tripartite discussions and sectoral. As a result, it is expected to build in a participatory manner an articulated work plan for the period 2026-2027, structured by link in the chain and accompanied by prioritization criteria,...
