- Dear bidder, The International Labor Office (ILO) is looking for a person to carry out work as an External Collaborator. The objective of this consultancy is: Evaluate the current situation of the labor inspection system and make recommendations techniques aimed at the preparation of a strengthening plan that will be implemented by the Ministry of Labor. This service will be developed by a professional lawyer, with mastery and practice of Colombian labor legislation, knowledge and experience on the operation of the labor inspection system. The service provided must contemplate administrative and regulatory measures, as well as the development of technical and operational instruments that contribute to improving the procedures of supervision of working conditions. Knowledge of public policies and organizational management of public administration offices and departments, particularly labor administration and/or labor inspection, is valued. Please note that if travel is required for this mission, the necessary travel expenses will be covered by the ILO.
