Dear bidder: The International Labor Office (ILO) invites proposals for the provision of catering services for the project's meetings and training programs during the year 2026. The purpose of the contract is select a supplier that is responsible for the planning, supply and provision of food, beverages, household items and support personnel, guaranteeing quality, safety, safety and timely compliance with the dates and times established by the ILO, as well as as well as current regulations on health and hygiene. Scope of services:1. Coffee station for participants in each meeting (water, coffee, aromatics, soda and cookies).2. AM or PM snacks, according to the defined schedule (salty option, sweet and natural drink).3. Necessary household items or individual packaging, according to the requirements of each event.4. Service personnel (waiters), including assembly and organization of the area.5. Transportation of food, drinks and household items to meeting places, ensuring the proper conservation and integrity of the products.
