1. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), through its Office for the Andean Region and Southern Cone (ROCOL) requests expression of interest from qualified suppliers for the supply of mining elements and laboratory equipment to strengthen the gold traceability system in Colombia, these equipment will be donated to the Service Colombian Geological Survey and for the Attorney General's Office of the Nation of Colombia. 1.1. The delivery of these equipment will be in the cities of Bogota and Cali - Colombia.2. The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) works with States and civil society to prevent drugs and crime threaten the security, peace and development opportunities of citizens. To fulfill its mandate, it develops several projects in different cities, with the Bogota office being a strategic point to promote and show the results of each of the projects.3. The goods subject of this EOI will be acquired through a competitive bidding process (ITB) to be announced later.
